You have:
- Experience in Fibreoptical Networks (Nortel, Ciena)
- Strong SDH experience especially Nortel Networks
- Understanding of IP and VoIP Networks
- CISCO Router family, and digital and analogue modems knowledge
- Experience and knowledge of MPLS

You will:
- Work as Field Service Engineer
- Be responsible for installation & repair of CPE (Customer Premise Equipment)
- Repair & maintenance equipment in unmanned PoPs
- Be based from your home town and be available on request
- Be recruited on a contractual basis with the opportunity to be permanently employed

You are:
- Flexible and self-initiative
- A hands on type person
- Able to work independently
- Self motivated

You MUST have a good command of the English language both verbal and written and competency in the local language is a plus.

Field Engineer (Canada)

You will have good practical and theoretical knowledge of transmission and data systems, ideally Nortel trained and Cisco qualified to CCNA as a minimum. You must be a strong team player and a self-starter We shall consider applicants for both full and part-time positions.

You may work from home but you shall need to travel frequently to client offices. Ideally you live in or near a major Canadian city.
